Due to the nature of our floral products and custom arrangements, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We take great pride in the quality and care of our work. If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the matter promptly.

Cut off time
Orders for same-day delivery or pickup must be placed by 2:00 PM. Any orders received after that time will be scheduled for the next business day.
